Feza schools were established with an honorary vision of rising a new generation of Tanzanians who will be well equipped with a quality education, leadership skills, national pride, innovation, creativity, discipline, character, values and dignity. In short, an ideal citizen.
The dynamic and dedicated administration and staff work tirelessly to achieve this sacred goal. In addition, strong support and cooperation from parents who cherish the value of education is an integral part of our success.
We firmly believe in the talents possessed by our students, and if nurtured and guided well, these leaders of tomorrow are definitely the vital ingredients in the further development of our gracious nation. Henceforth, it is our duty to boost their critical thinking, self-confidence, team work skills and most of all facilitate them from “being” to “become”.

We hope to raise students who are exemplary citizens, ones who are able to think critically in any given environment and bring about a positive impact to the community. Teaching them to become individuals who understand and respect the diverse cultures and people in their community but not lose sight of their education and culture in the way of living, behaving, respect, manners and taking responsibility with acts of kindness and generosity befitting their background education.
